Metalcraft stocks standard & custom sheared to size aluminum blanks in .025, .032, .040, .063 and .080 gauges. Specify hole placement when ordering. Standard hole size is 5/16" and standard corners are 1/2" radius. DOT style holes (3/8") and corners (1-1/2" radius) are also available. Custom shearing and 2" scalloped corners are available.
Colored aluminum blanks are available in .040 gauge or can be powder coated a custom color by special order.
Available hole sizes are 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2"
Add $.05 per 1/2" radius corner. "DOT" 1-1/2" radius corners are $.10 per corner. 1" or 2" radius corners require a $9.00 setup charge and are $.15 per corner. 2" inverted radius "scalloped" corners are $.25 per corner.
Standard real estate style hole punch for 24" wide signs are $.05 per hole
3/8" diameter DOT holes are $.05 each only when they are punched 1.5" from edge of aluminum to center of hole.
